Alla lista delle verdure e della frutta sono state aggiunte anche bacche, frutta secca e verdure a foglia verde.

Nella tabella, i valori evidenziati che superano la tariffa giornaliera media nella vitamina. Sottolineato valori evidenziati che vanno dal 50% al 100% del valore giornaliero della vitamina.
